The Trade Desk/AiX Setup

Step 1 - Adding new advertiser permissions to the mailbox

• Contact your Account Manager to request adding new advertiser permissions for ieggaix@tencent.com.
• Also, obtain the Advertiser ID from them.

Step 2- Account login

Create/login to your The Trade Desk account.

Step 3 - Create reports

a. Click "REPORTS"-->"+ TSV/CSV Report".

b.Name the template --> click "+ Fields" to add "fields"--> click "+ Metrics" to add "metrics".

c.Create a report that refreshes yesterday's data.

NOTE:
Copy the renamed Generated Schedule Name and fill in the Report Name (yesterday) in AiX.

d.Create a report that refreshes the last 7 days of data.

NOTE:
Copy the renamed Generated Schedule Name and fill in the Report Name (last 7 days) in AiX.

e.Fill in Report Name Backfill only if you need to supplement data from 7 days ago.

tips:

• If you want to backfill data from 7 days ago, create this report and put the name back into the AiX platform.
• If you don't need it, don't fill it in.

Step 4 - Account Info providing to AiX

Enter the Advertiser ID,Report name(yesterday) and Report name(last 7 days) information obtained from the advertising platform into AiX and click on “Save” button to complete the authorization.

Please also provide your ad accouts (need to be integrated) to AiX team.

NOTE:

Channel data will be synchronized within 1-2 hours. Please go to the BI Pivot in AiX to view the data.
