Manage Audience

Before we start, it's important to highlight that AiX Audience Manager is more than just a tool for audience creation and testing. It's an advanced data-driven solution designed to support you from start to finish, with our data science team at your disposal. We are here to help with game-specific custom events and audience needs, so don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Now, let's walk through the process of creating an audience or event:

  1. Click + Create.

  1. Select your Optimization target.
If you're looking to acquire new users, select New Install. If you're aiming to re-engage existing users, select Re-attribution. You can also select a variety of objectives from the drop-down menu, such as installs, registrations, and retention, among others.

  1. Select the media the created audience or event will be used for.
AiX supports event and audience postbacks for various attribution providers and media sources. Google and Facebook are supported for both mobile and PC games. Appsflyer and Adjust are supported for mobile games specifically. TikTok, Twitter, and others can be supported by our data science team upon request.
  2. Select the account for the specified media selected in the previous step.
For example, Manager Accounts (MCC) or Business Manager (BM).

  1. Select the audience type and ID type.
AiX offers two different uses for audience creation based on algorithms: Event and Audience. You have the option to create a custom event for direct media postback or an audience to be used as seed users. Most channels allow the use of Advertising ID and Click ID to identify users for mobile and PC games, respectively.

  1. Select how you want to create your event/audience:

    • Modeling: This is supported by our data science team using proprietary algorithms and extensive testing. Popular models include highly active models, strong social models, and potential pay models.

    • Rule-based: This method relies on your app's user activities.

    • Custom Table: This method utilizes a list of customer data that you've gathered and identified.

You can adjust the update frequency to be hourly, daily, or even once, depending on your needs.

  2. Name the event or audience name, and select the Country/Market for your event or audience, then add a description and you're all set!
