AppLovin/AiX Setup

Step 1 - Select an Authorization Channel

a. Click Setting-->AD Accounts-->Add Accounts.

b. Select the channel and fill in the fields as the Instruction.

Step 2 - Obtain Account information

Create/login to your AppLovin Ads account.

Case 1: Account Owner/AM

• For ​Account ID: Enter the ​registered email address​ used to create your AppLovin account.
• For ​Account Name: Enter the ​official account name​ (as displayed in your AppLovin dashboard).

Case 2: Sub-Account User​

• Contact your ​Account Owner/AM​ to obtain Account Owner’s Email Address and ​Account Name.

NOTE:

The AppLovin channel uses the email address of the primary account as the unique identifier of the ad account.

Step 3 - Obtain Key information

Click "Account"--> "Keys"--> Copy Report Key.

Step 4 - Create OAuth Application and Grant Access

a. Click "Account"--> "OAuth Apps"--> Click "+Create New".
b. Follow the instructions in the diagram to complete the setup of the OAuth Application--> Click "Save".

c. After saved successfully, scroll down page to obtain the Client ID and Client Secret.

Step 5 - Obtain Campaign Package Name

Click "AppDiscovery"--> "User Acquisition"--> Click "Campaign Name" and copy the Package Name.

NOTE:

Please enter all the Package Names you need to access in the "Campaign Package Name" field.

Step 6 - Account Info providing to AiX

Enter the Account ID (Email), Account Name, Report Key, Client ID, Client Secret and Campaign Package Name information obtained from the advertising platform into AiX and click on “Save” button to complete the authorization.
