Apple Search Ads/AiX Setup

Step 1 - Account login

Create/login to your Apple Search Ads account.

NOTE:

Only users with admin level permissions can sign in with OAuth, which is usually operated by your agency.

Step 2 - API Access Authorization

a. In the top right corner of the page, click on the "Settings" button next to the account.

b. Click "User Management--> Invite Users" to invite users to your Apple Search Ads organization.

c. Invite users and authorize API access.

• In the User Details section, enter the user’s first name, last name, and Apple ID.
• In the User Access and Role section, select an API manage user role.
• Click "Send Invite". The invited user receives an email with a secure code. The user signs into the secure Apple URL in the email and inputs the provided code, which activates the user’s account.

Step 3 - Obtain account information

a. In the top left corner of the page, copy the Account Name and Account ID.

b. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, copy the Time Zone.

c. In the Account Settings page, copy the Client ID, Team ID, Key ID and Public Key.

Step 4 - Account Info providing to AiX

Enter the Account ID, Account Name, Client ID, Team ID, Key ID, Public Key and Time Zone information obtained from the advertising platform into AiX and click on “Save” button to complete the authorization.

Please also provide your ad accouts (need to be integrated) to AiX team.

NOTE:

Channel data will be synchronized within 1-2 hours. Please go to the BI Pivot in AiX to view the data.
